My daughter and son in law had their truck repaired at this shop. Top knotch customer service and the repairs were done speedy and they even detailed the inside. The truck looks brand new. Great job! Will recommend.
I been to the shop before and they did a amazing job. Unfortunately had to bring my car back due to an idiot hitting me. Wonderful experience with Jordan who assisted me in getting paint removed. I was able to avoid the very expensive recalibration of the front end of my car. He was extremely invested in my satisfaction as a customer. I recommend using this business. Thank you Jordan!
I recently took my 2020 Jeep Grand Cherokee Trailhawk in collision repair after getting rear ended. I worked with Bruce at this location. He was very professional and easy/friendly to work with. Overall they did a great job with the repairs. I took my vehicle back for minor touch up/issues. They were great responding to the issues and concerns. I am pretty happy with the service and work I received from this Caliber location!
Whats the point of doing an online appt if no one is there to help you. I arrived to my appt on time, and was told that online appts really dont mean anything and no one was there to do an estimate. I even emailed the person who was my contact for the estimate, I was ghosted.
