Whats the point of doing an online appt if no one is there to help you. I arrived to my appt on time, and was told that online appts really dont mean anything and no one was there to do an estimate. I even emailed the person who was my contact for the estimate, I was ghosted.
On April 20, 2026, per insurance I took my 2023 GMC Acadia to Caliber to repair damage done by another driver. Bruce Russell was great, he handled my repair from start to finish. The repair looked good & my SUV was well taken care of. Melody, Office Mgr and Julia at the front desk, showed very good customer service and very knowledgeable. Bruce, Melody & Julia are assets to Caliber and should be recognized for a great job! I will definitely recommend Caliber, the 106th Northglenn location. Thank you, Mona Lucero
Some of the most disrespectful staff I’ve ever met. I was warned about caliber collision but had no idea it was as bad as it is. I felt like I was being bullied and then I was disrespected horribly when I decided not to let them touch my car.
Bruce was incredibly friendly, kind, and professional. He kept me updated through every step of my repair and worked diligently and quickly on my vehicle after I was rear-ended. The work he did was exceptional down to the paint match you would never notice. Additionally, every employee I spoke with was patient and kind. I will definitely return if I need anything in the future!
My car got totaled out by insurance ib a slide in a small patch of ice, but Julia and Bruce were such a bright spot in my entire experience giving uo my beloved Rav 4. Julia was so caring and pleasant to speak tje during a really crap time ib my life. And Bruce spoke to me clearly when I did not understand what insurance was trying to say and what he would do personally.
