Wonderful customer service! Isaiah and Micah were fantastic and kept me updated with daily info about the vehicle repairs. Nobody wants to have to have body work done but when you do, you want to come here! And amazing — the Sang the Manager even gave me a complimentary ride to the Metro to help me get to work the day of my drop-off. Really fantastic team here at Caliber Sweeley.
The customer service rep was outstanding, the issue is with the paint crew. The damaged door mirror and damage to the door was fixed. However, they left behind overspray and additional scratches. The service representative told me to go back the next day (Saturday) at 10am to get it fixed. When I arrived on Saturday at the agreed time only the service rep was there, not anyone from the paint crew, so i had to reschedule for Monday. It took about 2.5 hours to get the over spray off and try to improve the scratches they left, ... read more
