The entire team at Caliber is amazing. 2 people in particular are Jake & the woman at the front desk. Incredible customer service, timely delivery, and amazing communication.
My mother took her car to Caliber for minor front end damage repairs. The customer service was AMAZING!!! She worked with Jake and this made this so much easier for all of us. He provided check ins letting her know what was currently happening with her repairs. She received a very detailed quote and was explained everything that needed to be done in detail.
