Super professional; GREAT people & GREAT WORK! Jacki & Jeremy were an absolute pleasure to work with, from our estimate to working with our Insurance Company to communicating with us throughout our repairs. There was always good transparency on the expectations of the timeline and the status. Jacki, Jeremy & the staff at this location were a dream to work with. Our THANKS to them & the whole team. You ALL are the BEST!! 100% HIGHLY RECOMMEND. We would definitely use Caliber Collision in Brighton in the future if necessary.
Not the place to choose if you are picky. We weren't happy with how the worker chose to mis-align the repaired body parts. Told Jeremy and his response was that it would probably look better in a few weeks. That's called being blown off. Requested written documentation of our unacceptable findings and was made to wait almost 20 minutes to get this . While waiting the receptionist Jackie told us to "go somewhere else". No interest in or willingness to correct the problem.
