This is my second time getting a vehicle repaired at Caliber Collision, and Jeremy once again provided exceptional service. He kept me updated throughout the process. When I had concerns about additional damage, Jeremy went the extra mile to inspect it, clarify it wasn't claim-related, and even printed out the diagnostic results for my review, helping me understand the next steps.
Very bad experience. The mirror they changed not right. They left old tire and wheel in my car. And made y car inside dirty. They asked me to go back, I doubt if I have time to go back.
Calibur Collision made my collision experience easy to navigate. They kept me updated and took good care of me and my vehicle. And bonus they were done early and I was back on the road!!
