This location is great, super friendly staff and vehicle was ready when promised.
They were able to repair pretty severe body damage to my Audi A4 with care and quickness, great customer service all around. Both Declan in the Front of House and Technician Robert were very helpful and understanding.

After going back and forth with insurance, dropping my car off with Caliber was a breeze. They provided an estimate and gave me an idea of when my car would be ready. Not only did they keep me updated at least biweekly on the status of my car, they finished a full week early. I’m so happy to have my car back and looking as good as the day I got it. I couldn’t recommend caliber more.
I was there a few weeks ago & excellent service, very detailed & answered all my questions. Robert Blum kept me informed during the entire repair process & it got done ahead of time. Exceptional service & definitely would recommend it to anyone.
