Customer service was great. 10/10 experience. Repairs were done in a timely manner and the team was communicating with me on the progress the whole way.
Calibear Collision was quick and efficient in performing the service on my vehicle. I was originally told it would be ready the next day, but later informed there was a chance it could be finished the same day. I didn’t get my hopes up, but to my surprise, by around 4 PM the same day I dropped it off, my car was ready. They went above and beyond by buffing out a few extra scratches on the side of my car where the repair was done. I do not recommend this place. They have had my car over a month and it’s supposedly been ready three weeks ago. The first excuse was the guy that was supposed to calibrate the seat belt did not show up. Then they said all the parts wasn’t in after they said all the parts were in. Amanda has been lying for three weeks about the car. Mind you the car only had minor damage to the bumper. They also took the payment from us and then said the car wasn’t ready.
