I came one afternoon because I had a broken rear door window. Rick gave me an estimate within 15 minutes ordered new glass and asked to come back 10:45 next morning. I came and only had to wait an hour or so. They fixed it real quick. It was a very painless experience. I also had a wobbly rear bumper and I asked him for a quick and cheap fix.
