Pete the mechanic and the desk staff had me covered at every turn of our repair process. It's felt like a old school customer mechanic relationship where they treated me like they genuinely cared deeply of my needs first and foremost. Their communication with my insurance company was seamless and simple and the entire process was as painless as one could expect or hope for in today's world. I never take the time to do these surveys but I feel strongly in this one. 10 of 10!
The couple of people I interacted with were very polite and professional. My car looks good - glad my car insurance uses them.

Poor communications and absolutely no quality control over repair prior to releasing my car to me as "repaired".
I was told that my car was ready and upon inspection, there was damage that was not repaired. My car is still at the shop and I haven't heard when it will be ready. Pickup was scheduled on 9-30-2025. Its 10-2-2025 and no word.
