Smooth, easy and transparent process.
Have hit two deer this year (actually they ran into me!). In both cases went to Caliber on Avon St, a partner with State Farm, for a no hassle repair. Never seen such a considerate and efficient body shop. I got frequent updates by email and any questions I had were answered immediately. The work was flawless. I ended up with a door sensor problem shortly after my second claim, but not related to the deer. As a customer courtesy, they are fixing it as I wait for a very nominal fee. Pete the mechanic and the desk staff had me covered at every turn of our repair process. It's felt like a old school customer mechanic relationship where they treated me like they genuinely cared deeply of my needs first and foremost. Their communication with my insurance company was seamless and simple and the entire process was as painless as one could expect or hope for in today's world. I never take the time to do these surveys but I feel strongly in this one. 10 of 10!
