Had a great experience with John and his team. My car sustained some damage in a hit and run. I was able to get quickly setup a claim with my insurance and establish a drop off time with Caliber. The turn around time for repairs was very quick and the area of my car that had damage looks brand new! During the time my car was in the shop, I received frequent status updates from the team if any input was needed.
The convenience of dropping off my car and having the rental already was very convenient. John was extra attentive and kept us updated as soon as they received the car in the car for repair , he kept us informed through the whole repair process , excellent customer service .
