Jill was GREAT! She got my explorer looking brand new again! She kept me updated through the whole process, and got it done 2 weeks earlier!!!!! I will send all my family and friends here for work in the future! If you are in the area and need some repairs, check them out.
Body shops are supposed to work with the insurance companies, wrecker services, parts vendors, etc to provide a seamless repair experience for their customers, right? This has always been my understanding and experience when dealing with an auto body shop for a repair anyway, but not when dealing with Caliber Collision in Broken Arrow! Always a first time for everything and this experience wasn’t as bad as I thought it would be everyone was so helpful and my car was done in a timely manner with updates along the way.
Caliber collision is the best place to go Jill at the front is so helpful and kept me updated whenever something went on as well as Brandon and Brandon C. All kept me in the know and got my car back to me fast and way better looking in the inside as well as the outside and they arnt just nice at work I’ve seen some of them outside of work and they are some of the nicest and coolest people you could talk to these are some 5 star people, the only place I will be taking my cars now!!
