We had a car accident and our Insurance Co USAA recommended Caliber Collision. We had been given the run around by a local company and with USAA’s help we found Caliber, on Skibo Rd, Fayetteville. They towed it from the other co. And jumped right on it. Even after ordering all the parts needed, there was extensive suspension work needed, they had it finished within a week and a half. Keep getting the runaround with trying to get my car repaired. Them (Karen's) keep trying to block progress! Very nasty customer service
Poor poor poor customer service. I got my car fixed here from an T- collision, and they ended up putting my door on incorrectly and tried to argue that it came like that. My insurance had to get involved to have it corrected. Less than 20 mins ago I just opened my door and the inside popped out. Now I have to contact my insurance to have it fixed and I refuse to take it back here bc their mechanics seem incompetent and don’t know how to fix/correct damage vehicles.
