Excellent service from the traumatic beginning of needing car repair after being hit, to the end and the joy of seeing my car fully restored. Andy kept me informed of the status of the repairs. It was great to have my car back 2 weeks ahead of schedule. I highly recommend Caliber Collision to restore your car after an accident.
The shop was clean and everyone was very nice. Most important is now that I have my car back, my car looks great
The process is excellent, they provided an accurate estimate, worked directly with the insurance company, and did a great job on the repair. They updated me by text every couple of days. The staff was kind and efficient. I did not waste any time hanging around the shop.
Some broke my taillight at homedepot and they charged my insurance almost 6000 to replace it my tailgate is now messed up it comes off when I open it the first taillight they put in was from a junkyard and it leaked the first time I went through the car wash. I've been back 3 times and still my tailgate is messed up and will not lock.
