Booked an appointment and it was canceled twice after I had a rental car lined up both times for the catastrophic hail event. Thing that frustrates me the most is the waited until 40 minutes before I was supposed to drop off car to call me. Unacceptable and not a great way to do business. We will be using another repair shop and not caliber for our hail damage claims in which we have 2 currently.
They are very professional, the job was done earlier than expected, they did a great job. I highly recommend this place.
Kept my car for 6 weeks looking for one part. I finally got involved and found the part locally at the Subaru dealership. Making matter worse the part was readily available online. Took me less than a hour. I figure they don’t want to buy parts if it’s not through their vendor. Understandable from a profit loss point on the collision company side but the customer, myself, had to pay over two weeks for a rental out of pocket. No consideration for the customers time and money.
