My technician was Rebeca; it was good seeing a female in a male dominated role; and she was actually cute. She kept me updated on what was happening with my car. Told me when the parts will be in, and had my car ready a week before promise time. This was my second time dealing with a body shop and Caliber Collision has been the only place where I didn’t have to follow up with them to see what was going on with my car. Really appreciated the follow up and service.
Poor service the second time I used this shop.
