Caliber Collision informed us that our vehicle was repaired and ready for pickup. However, upon arrival, we discovered several issues: the fender had not been repaired, the light was not replaced, damaged bumper parts that were supposed to be replaced had only been painted. Additionally, wires were not reinstalled properly, and the interior of the vehicle was dirty and not as clean as when we dropped it off. Best repair shop in South Florida!
Worst Service Ever!!!! I went in for a quote and was told I'd be emailed in a few days. Here we are 25 days later and after calling twice and being promised a quote the next day last week..............NO QUOTE. HORRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE and NO APPRECIATION TO YOU OR YOUR TIME. Don't waste your time going here! Find another business that cares about you and helping.
