Meeting the employees at the Dripping Springs Caliber Collision was very pleasant considering being in an unwanted situation. Their attitude and personal attention made it less stressful. I just had some repairs/body work on my BMWX5 after getting side swiped. My 2nd time in two years @ the Dripping Springs location after a previous fender bender. Once again Caliber Collision did an incredible job. Not only is the work they do there unparalleled, but they have the kindest, most friendly staff who are helpful and knowledgeable. You’ve had several vehicles fixed at caliber and always had a very good experience. Highly recommend.
Unfortunately, this was not a good experience. They promised to have a quote by noonish, by the end of the day for sure, and here is the end of the day and no quote. I did explain to the guy that I needed to know when I could drop the car off because the rental car company often does not have cars available. But, more so, when I went in to get an estimate, with an appointment, I got deprioritized for a guy who walked in after me, because he was just driving by.
