Caliber Collision (Leesburg VA location) handled my minor door damage promptly and with skill. All insurance paperwork was handled such that I was not inconvenienced. They interfaced with State Farm to get everything approved and done with a minimum of stress on my part. They have a rental car counter in their lobby, representing two rent car companies so you can get that handled easily. The work was done competently and my car looks like new again!
I'm returning again to this location for a 3rd visit to have them fix their, self admitted, subpar repairs. This shop missed 5 deadlines that they made themselves. During the 2nd visit, I showed the GM the damage caused by their tech and was assured everything would be repaired in 2 days. When I went back after 4 days, not the 2 days that was promised , there were still 2 issues that were not addressed.
