I had to return to this shop for a 3rd visit for them to fix their subpar repairs. This shop had missed 5 deadlines that they made themselves. During the 2nd visit, I showed the GM the damage caused by their tech and was assured everything would be repaired in 2 days. When I went back after 4 days, not the 2 days that was promised , there were still 2 issues that were not addressed.
