Unfortunately, I had my car in for repairs twice in the last six months due to unrelated incidents. Both times I took my car to Caliber Collision in Leesburg VA and they made this process very simple for me. Everyone, and I do mean everyone that I worked with at caliber had a great attitude and was fantastic to work with. Great customer service. Walked in on short noticed for a ballpark estimate on some damage and they took care of it right away. Couldn’t believe it. I wouldn’t go anywhere else to get my car fixed expect here, excellent service!
Had an amazing experience at Caliber Collision. Scott, the manager went out of his to help me solve a problem with my gas tank. He spent time, effort and care with me and solved the problem quickly. Very impressed.
They were engaging a very professional.
