After a very poor experience at a different S Arlington Caliber, our insurance agent recommended this particular Caliber in Mansfield. Our interaction at this location was Fantastic!! They had our vehicle done a week early, two weeks total, and did a beautiful job! Too bad not all Caliber Collisions are as good as this one.

They were most friendly and helpful. I was told it could take 3 days to 3 weeks to get my hail damage repaired. It would all depend on the speed of my insurance to approve the work. About the second day, they called to say that the insurance had done their part and the car could be done by Friday but most likely not until the first I’d next week. The Mansfield location is great! My truck was repaired on time & I loved receiving updates on the progress routinely. The body shop team did an exceptional job on the repair to the point my vehicle looks better now than when I purchased it a couple of years ago. From the front desk lady to the back, the team is personable & well informed. Thanks for an amazing job!!
