This location was great. Rufo was attentive to my concerns to ensure all issues were addressed after a neighbor backed into my vehicle the 2nd day of my moving to Texas. All the staff were kind, welcoming & hospitable. Every staff that walked past me in the lobby took time to greet me & offer water or coffee despite the receptionist already doing that. Something hit our car while driving on the interstate and busted the front of our car as well as cracked the windshield. Caliber Collision worked directly with our insurance to complete all of the repairs and actually finished a week earlier than the initial estimate assumed. After a very poor experience at a different S Arlington Caliber Collision on Cooper, our insurance agent recommended we go get our car and take it to this particular Caliber Collision in Mansfield. Our interaction at this location was Fantastic!! They had our vehicle done a week early, two weeks total, and did a beautiful job! Too bad not all Caliber Collisions are as good as this one.
Great work on repairing my hail damage. They were very informative and gave great customer service!
