Tracy at the 4025 Mortimer Ave location, was amazing and patient with me (who was riddled with anxiety and could not find her vehicle location) while my vehicle was not there, she (Tracy) found it for me (my insurance company gave me wrong information) and gave me correct information. I cannot rate vehicle service but I can rate 10/10 for customer service!!!
When I called to make an appointment I was so happy they could take me the very next day. Meet with Jason in the late afternoon and my rental car was waiting for me at Enterprise. It took a week for my car to be ready which to me was fantastic! When I pick up my car it looked like it just rolled off of a car dealership show you! I Can not say enough things about how great they are to deal with.
Caliber did an excellent job on my car repair after an accident, from intake to pickup. My car looks as good as it did the day I purchased it. The Caliber team also cleaned my car (both outside and inside) for me, and even topped off my wiper fluid, which I know was low when I dropped the car off.
Awesome experience, dealing with Caliber Collision, fast turn around time, constant updates, Mrs. Tracy and the rest of the staff was a pleasure to work with!
