I tried calling and was on hold for 20 minutes. So I went to the store to get an estimate or to make an appointment. Was told by two employees at the location they couldn't access the system and told me to come back in two hours. Not being able to call or for employees not to be able to access the system does not make sense.
Michael was a nice dude and professional, although my wait time was a month when it was predicted as a week. Rarely received updates aswell.
Michael was very professional and courteous. He kept me informed and was a delight to work with. I admire Caliber collision, and all the other staff, very nice.
Nick was great! They kept me updated through the process and I received my car earlier than expected. Everything looked brand new and they even cleaned out the inside which they didn’t have to do!
I was in a car accident two weeks ago where I was rear ended. We took my car to this location as it was closest to where I live so that the adjuster could see it after the holidays. Unfortunately, the car was totaled. The people at Caliber were very friendly and helpful during a horrible and emotional time. Due to the car being totaled, I had to bring in the spare key, and they allowed me to pull the last three things that were mine from my car. They were wonderful about everything!
