I see all of the great reviews, however I wish that was my experience. I placed my vehicle in Caliber on 12/04/25. My vehicle was promised on 12/26/25. I finally received my vehicle on 4/10/26! I'm a pretty level-headed person, communication goes a long way with me, the lack of communication just telling me a part was on back order and don't know when it is coming in is unacceptable to me. My wife and I have used Caliber in the past and previously had a great experience, which is why we returned for another repair. The final repair work on her vehicle was excellent, and we appreciate the quality of the finished result. However, the process leading up to that outcome was frustrating. My wife’s SUV has a panoramic roof, and part of it spontaneously shattered, resulting in a more complex repair than originally expected.
