I took my car in for an estimate on a Tuesday for a paint job, and as 3 days later they don't seem to be able to submit the estimate to the insurance, i call and the receptionist states that the guy was not in and that i had to wait until he was back, this is the level of professionalism you can expect, I’m basically forced to take the car to another body shop for an estimate since they don’t seem to want my business here
