Took my car to Caliber Collision to get it fixed after an accident. Had a great experience. Work was done well and quickly. The staff was friendly and helpful. Totally recommend them!
Excellent customer service and repairs completed when promised.
We brought our Subaru Forester in for service after a bumper accident, and Randy took excellent care of us. There were a couple of issues with the initial repair, as the bumper was not properly aligned with the body. Randy assured us he would address the problem, and he followed through as promised. Although we had to bring the vehicle back a few times—mostly due to waiting for parts—his professionalism and attention to detail were consistently evident.
