Excellent customer service & major thanks and appreciation to Marisa!
We had an appointment at 4:30 and didn’t get seen until 4:55. We are understanding that things happen and people get busy but still slightly frustrated of having an appt but not getting helped for 30 min. However, the employees are very nice especially Candy who offered to drive us to enterprise since they were taking awhile.
It was pretty bad, not only did they have a bumper replacement take an entire month but getting ahold of people wasn’t an easy process. Probably wouldn’t go there again.
