Not customer oriented whatsoever. It's a waste of time and energy trying to do business with them. If you do, know that they are going to want to keep your car for an insane amount of time (even for a very small repair). They don't bother telling you that up front.
With every claim I file, this shop consistently outperforms expectations. Their service is always top-notch.
Took my car with a broken tail light and a dent in my back bumper, my car was still drivable got a call a few days later they said my car was deemed totaled. Then I went to collect the rest of my belongings from my car and someone definitely took a handful of change from my center console. Place is a joke.
