Car looked like new when completed, overall process and communication very good. Ramon was great to work with.
I had a great experience with Caliber Collision in Seaside. They were incredibly fast and had my car ready literally the next day, which I really appreciated. The customer service was excellent both lady’s behind the front desk got me situated straight away. Allen was very helpful, explaining to me exactly what was being done to my car and Chris made sure all the damage from the accident was accounted for. I tried calling them back in response to their voicemail about an hour ago to schedule for repairs but they keep declining my calls and I can't even leave a voicemail. I tried scheduling online but my situation isn't represented in their selection of answers in their questionnaire. Will be informing my insurance provider of this issue, recommend they partner with some other repair shop, and I guess I'll have to try going somewhere else.
Repair was professionally done and the staff were courteous and knowledgeable. All tasks were explained clearly and to our satisfaction plus the job was completed on schedule. Thanks.
