They made the whole process as stress free as possible and were very thorough and efficient. And they had great communication throughout the whole process. I will always come to them for any repairs needed in the future!

Daughter was involved in an accident and we were sent to Caliber downtown Killeen on 8th street and I’m glad they did. Customer service and quality of work was top notch. Hope I never need them again but they definitely would be my first choice. JJ is the man to see !!!
Horrible experience, and I wish I'd never taken my car here to be repaired. My Lexus looks way worse than it did before & they used CHEAP plastic crappy parts which don't even match the original parts and look absolutely horrible, so we are taking it somewhere else to be repaired again. STAY AWAY from this location!!!
