Car was left for months waiting on a part (trunk hinge) that could have been purchased on ebay or other- during this time my vehicle was left to rot in the weather with the window/s opened ruined the leather seats and the foam, the car itself had sustain new damage, wrecked while in custody of the repair shop, repainted from shop damage took additional weeks. USAA insured should AVOID repair here.
Had my vehicle fixed at the collision center off of Marshall Rd & 281 And I was very impressed with the way that Fernando and his supervisors. Both communicate communicated with me very thoroughly in the process and keep me up-to-date and owning the fact that they weren’t happy with some of the work that was done and they sent it back to get fixed before they even presented the vehicle back to me.
