I went to the Caliber on East Evans to get an estimate for my Jeep because I was told they accept customer pay there. I had seen the bad reviews before, but I decided to ignore them since most people mentioned the shop does good work. Unfortunately, the receptionist, Cassie (if I remember correctly), proved those comments about customer service were true. Fantastic experience! Mike Martindale was my customer service rep and he was amazing! He kept me updated consistently and I felt very valued. My car was actually repaired earlier than expected and to top it off, it looks brand new! Thank you Mike for really providing a first class experience at Caliber!
