I asked to have them evaluate the damage done to my car from an accident I was involved in. I made it clear I wanted to have a third party opinion of the repairs and not just the at faults insurance company shop, their response was no we don’t do that. Not sure why the lady I spoke with said this as I could pay for the repairs and be reimbursed but instead was shown the door. Terrible customer service and unwilling to help.
