Extremely disappointed with the quality of service and lack of accountability at this facility. Took my Audi A7 here for insurance-approved repairs. While the paint finish exterior work was acceptable, the underlying mechanical and interior execution was entirely incompetent. During the reassembly of the interior, the shop damaged the aluminum trim components and completely botched the reinstallation of the B-pillar safety restraint system. Great service at Caliber. Got my tailgate back to new, and then repaired, at no charge, a small dent that apparently happened while at Caliber. Customer service is exceptional !
