I’ll admit I came into caliber a little dejected from being in an accident with a hit-and-run vehicle. After visiting with Kim at the front desk. She made a call to Taylor and he met me at the front desk. Received my car within a week and half which was great. Especially considering that my insurance is weird and requires specific estimators and my estimator was out of town for the final paperwork. Instead of telling me well you're SOL until next week, they had another estimator come from another location and get the paperwork done. And the repair was done very well, but what really gave me that warm fuzzy, was the detailing job they did after the work was done. They fixed my car beautifully. And Taylor was the best representative to work with, he took care of us through it all. I don’t want a reason to ever come back, but if I ever need to, I’m come here 100%.
