I was completely satisfied with Caliber Collision. The service was very good. Tyler managed my repair. I was informed every step of the way. Things took longer than expected, but they communicated to me daily on the progress. Some unexpected issues occurred, but they bent over backwards to resolve them. Caliber Collision on Kramer did an excellent job repairing my car. My front bumper had damage, and they replaced it with a new one and painted it perfectly to match the car. The vehicle honestly looks brand new. They also found additional damage underneath the car and repaired that as well, which I really appreciated.
