Chad has helped me several times and he is awesome! He gave me a ride home too after I dropped my car off. He always explains everything to me, give me estimate completion dates, and goes above and beyond! He is such a good guy. He even put seat covers on for me! Plus a part came in at the last minute and he had it put on so I could get my car back on the day I was supposed to. They do super quality work, as well. I recommend the NW Expressway location highly!

I had to come back and give them 5 stars because the manager Ray went to all the trouble to find out my story, look up my old files and was concerned about the situation. Good customer service is becoming rare especially with all the automation. None of us are perfect but when you really care about even one customer being unhappy and you try to make it right, that tells me you take pride in your work. They do awesome work on cars.
