The Lincoln Golden State Collision Center is a terrible business. I went there for an estimate for a minor fender bender. I was told on the phone I would get an estimate in 20 minutes. After taking my car in and waiting four days and calling several times I still couldn't get a written estimate. Our insurance company even called the shop with no result.
