One star because you can't put NONE. I was referred by my insurance company to have an estimate for repair from a crash. I spent an hour while they looked at the car, all the while complaining because there was minor prior damage. 5 hours later, they call me and won't give me a copy of the estimate without a signed authorization for repair, the vehicle and keys in their possession.
