We chose Caliber Auto Collision – Exposition Ave for our Lexus body work specifically because of their advertised lifetime warranty. When repair issues recently surfaced, I called and was told to bring the vehicle in. After driving there, I was informed the location is closing. Fantastic customer service experience. Went by 30 min to close with a last minute need for a frame check as part of a used car buy. Manager, Jake, overheard me, stepped out of his office and volunteered to personally look it over. Proceeded to talk me through his review for 15 minutes out in the cold weather; additionally educating and answering my questions along the way. Polite. Knowledgeable. Rear end repair, Justice and Kristine were both kind and helpful for the entire process. Took about 3 weeks in December and cost around 4300$, but this did take place during the holidays and insurance was used to cover it. I’m happy with the work and would recommend doing business with this locations team.
