I really can't say enough about the high level of customer service that Global Collision achieves. In the last two months I was involved in two accidents, the second a hit and run. After my first accident, there was approximately $5,000 of damage to my front end. At the time I did not have collision insurance so my choices were to either scrap my car I love (2001 Dodge Durango) or pay out of pocket. They fixed my bumper over a year ago and now it is falling apart. I came back to them since they give a warranty on their products and it has been a month and nothing is done. They were making excuses, then it took them 3 weeks to order parts from the same state and in the end they ordered wrong parts using VIN Number. The person in charge is Tom and that is who I was dealing directly with. He is also rude and unprofessional. They do not care about customers.
