Unprofessional, ignorant, and no respector of persons. One of our Emergency Responders arrived at that location to drop a vehicle off and encountered two members from there management team that think that they can talk to people any kind of way and hold Responders up from priority accidents. After calling the location to provide drop off details while this was going on, of course we were given a elaborate lecture pushing the blame on the Emergency Responder, which proved to be untrue.
