Caliber employees were fantastic. Dylan called to keep me informed and I was very happy with their work. Office manager was very helpful and always so pleasant.
I’ll tell it like it is the job took longer then I was told it would take was told it would take a week it took 40 days then I had to take it back to have the windshield replaced because it was cracked and they missed it now to be fair. They did say they had a hard time Sourcing a grill for my car. They said they went through three grills that were cracked or broken until the fourth grill came in so that took some time the windshield on the other hand had to go back for that.
