We took our 2020 Chevy Traverse in there that was the preferred body shop by the insurance. I would not recommend this body shop they are not honest and will not own to their mistakes. I ended up paying out of my pocket to fix issues they caused when the vehicle was getting repaired. Terrible experience !!
Jasmine, one of the representatives there, she lied about me speaking with her and giving her verbal consent to clean out my truck before sending it away to be totaled. So I lost all of my belongings which were in the truck itself. Absolutely horrible customer service. Jasmine didn't return my call either, if she had, none of this would've happened.
This shop is amazing quick speedy on time my car looks brand new I love it if you need work I recommend them to everyone
