Worst place ever Will never bring my fleet or personal car to Caliber again Brought in my 2023 Ford explore with 3000 miles Hit a deer on the passenger side down in salida. One of the best experiences I've had with a car repair. Everything from the first call to pick up. Everyone was friendly and helpful. I was given an estimated time for completion and it was completed within that estimate. I was kept informed of the progress and I was exceptionally impressed they made sure to work with my schedule throughout the entire process - from scheduling a drop off to staying late for my pick up. They had my vehicle for over a month for a side damage that occurred while avoiding a head on collission. It wasnt major, it could have been. They claimed it was taking so much time for "parts". Being reasonable and economical, I was nice, but they breached the reasonability of having my car for so long. When returned they had not fixed 2 major areas of other damage and had managed to create more, they told me they were sorry they just "noticed", they hadn't screwed the cover above my tire in at all which was the MAIN reason... read more
Caliber did an amazing job repairing my Ford Mach-E. The damage from my perspective was major, but everything was repaired and the vehicle is operating as normal. Thanks to all at Caliber for your superb work and your amazing customer service. If I could give more than 5 stars I would. Great Job!!!!!
There were some difficulties with scheduling due to part availability and some slight hiccups in communication, but they did a great job of turning my vehicle around quickly and were excellent when I had additional concerns.
