I was a little leery about going back to Caliber since I wasn't impressed with the one in Austin, but it's what USAA recommended, so I thought, let me try the San Marcos location. WOW. WOW. WOW. The customer service isn't horrible to your face, but they have extended the amount of time my car has been in the shop by over an entire week now, updating me just about every day that they are too incompetent to find and fix issues and that it is going to take another 1-3 days to finish repairs. This is also after they had told me the car was complete and they were ready for it to be picked up.
