I took my car for an appointment for an estimate that was suppose to take 30 minutes, per the receptionist. I get there and they tell me the appointment was was to drop my car of for repairs. I signed the paperwork but made it clear that I wanted an estimate before repairs were done. I was there at 815am. All day and no call, so I called back and they said they took apart the car and still had no estimate but would start the repairs and had a rough estimate. Lincoln and the staff were exceptional! I’ve been to plenty of body shops, and have never experienced this type of outstanding service! Lincoln was communicative throughout the process, and they even finished a day earlier than estimated! I’ll only come here with any future body work.
Repairs were handled very professionally and quickly. Vehicle was return ahead of schedule
