Scott Joiner led an excellent job at Caliber to repair our car after a collision. He kept us informed of progress, got the work completed ahead of the estimated date, w/excellent quality. When I was picking up the car, I noticed a remaining smudge of the auto body repairman's marking (by-then-repaired) damage to the car, in an obscure spot, the receptionist, on a Sat., removed the the smudge herself, & repolished that area. Really helpful and quick service. Scott J. helped me out when we had a run in with a deer. Very communicative and kept me updated on progress, which was really appreciated. Would come back again!
Though collision repair is never something you want to deal with more than once, when you need repairs, the center manager at Katy Caliber has earned my trust. Hoping to not need his service, attention to detail, and experience with insurance companies again, but I am grateful for the service he has provided to get me and my family back on the road quickly and with quality.
