Work was ok. But required me to pay deductible up front. Then when my insurance paid in full. It took me over a month to get my $500 deductible from Caliber.
great work. the repair work was awesome. took a little longer than i expected but totally worth the wait.
We highly recommend Loredo Paint & Body...they did a beautiful job on our car. We especially want to commend Ian for going the extra mile. He took care of everything, kept us informed on progress, & had the right combination of professionalism & caring we seldom see these days. We know it's his "job" but it does it so well. Great and quick services. They also saved me money by finding solutions to my front bumber. It's hard to avoid deer. If I hit another one, I will certainly go back to Loredo. Great service and workmanship.

Man, I don't get these prior reviews. They did great by me. They were helpful and easy to work with, and their work is immaculate. Before I leave a car at a shop like this, I Iike to look at their work, so I took a tour of the shop. It was filled with classic sports cars and the like. These owners don't leave their $100k+ babies with just anybody. Take a tour, they will be glad to show off their work. When I got my car back, there was one small thing to correct. Abusive! To sum it up in one word. They had my mercedez for 10 days on a small bumper repair that should have taken 3 days. Nothing but attitude and lies from the guys in the office. Simply abusive! I had to call to get an update when the blew past every ETA and when I reminded them that I was in a rental car they scoffed and became more rude. Overpriced, substandard quality and abusive service. I would definitely take my car to a man under a shade tree before I ever go back to Loredo paint and body in Boerne, TX. Save yours... read more
The absolutely worst customer service! Have to go back a third time after gaving them a punch list and placing blue tape on everything not done correctly. Adjuster over there is always full of it and lied about so many things that I caught him on that I never know what I can believe. First batch of paintwork was great, but assembly was horrible, parts were missing, not tightened, stripped broken...when bed was put back on truck the bed hit the cab on the drivers side causing new damage.
