Caliber Collision in Taylors did work for us before and they did a good job which is why this review isn't a 1 star. The reason for a 2 star: I set up an appointment over the phone to get an estimate done. We arrived on time for the appointment and was told that they didn't have time to give us an estimate in person and that we would need to use the AI feature on the website to get an estimate done. I'm a believer in AI so I don't mind that but I was disappointed that we showed up at the appointed time and was turned away. T... read more
