While the team did their job on an insurance repair, they totally missed customer satisfaction by what would really make me happy by "forgetting" to enter my request to paint the hood which was outside the insurance claim. Not only did they miss customer satisfaction by solving my pain, they also missed the opportunity for additional revenue for their organization by only doing just their job.
It’s like I never got hit. Beautifully executed repair on my vehicle. Thanks Guys!
