I had a very disappointing experience with Caliber Collision. What should have been a straightforward bumper and headlight repair took almost 27 days to complete, only for my vehicle to be returned with poor-quality workmanship. When I picked up my car, I immediately noticed that the front bumper was misaligned and there was an obvious gap between the bumper and the headlight.
