I would give zero stars if I could. I took my brand-new car to Caliber Collision right after an accident I wasn’t at fault in, and while only the outside looks decent, the experience with the mechanical issues has been an absolute nightmare. When I picked up my car the first time, it immediately had clunks and noises in the front end — which I later found out were due to broken parts and a sloppy, unfinished repair job.
