UPDATE: 05/03/2026 Got my car back from the shop after take it to get fixed and apparently CALIBER ON OLD PERRIN BEITEL used parts from the junk yard. Apparently parts from the junk yard have certain markings. No wonder they gave me a hard time pointing blame on my driving. I ALSO emailed the email from the response and SHOCKER absolutely no response and im out money because of their careless cheap work! Julie was exceptional w text & call comms! She went over & above with service and scheduling. Our vehicle took 2 months to get repaired, hence the star rating. And since recent delivery has needed followup repairs. Hoping it won't need to stay more than a few hours for that. Service from other staff has been great!
They're nice and attentive while your car is in the shop but as soon as your car is fixed and they get their money from the insurance they dont help. Kept telling them I had a faulty cv axle 3 months after I got my car and I was told "everything was fine" and it was "probably my driving" mind you my car was only driven on weekends to come home as I was deployed at the border and it sat parked at camp.
