I always use Caliber Collision anytime I need repairs done. The repairs are warrantied for life. The staff is always friendly, fun, and outgoing. They get you in and out without any unnecessary business. The turnover rate is low so you're able to get familiar with the staff. I hate walking into a place and noticing a new receptionist every time I go in. They've had the same receptionist since I've been using them. She's very good at her job and very approachable. I had my Mercedes repaired here, and the overall experience was great! They were professional, informative, and timely with repairs. Was slightly reluctant to give 5 stars because of the lack of care given to interior of my vehicle, as I had to clean black smudging from center and door armrest. I would’ve given 4.5 stars, but didn’t have that option.
