Caliber was so easy to work with. My car looks phenomenal. It looks brand new again! My car was ready before the pick up date. They communicated throughout out the whole repair process. Cameron was awesome. He kept me updated the whole time. The whole entire staff was friendly. Costumer service was excellent! I would recommend them to anyone!
I'm so glad that I chose Caliber Collision. At the very last minute, I was able to get an appointment the same day and to drop my car off. I was in town for one day, but had an incident on the way. My service consultant, Angel worked well with me, she always communicated with me via phone and text. She kept me up to date on all progress of my car. Does someone actually work at this store? I have called twice asking for a scheduler to set an appointment but I've been put on an extended hold both times & then my call was disconnected.
Highly recommend them. Great work and great service!
