Hit and Run Repair This is my second time visiting the Balto Collison Center. Both times were great. Matt was very nice and assessed the damages of my car very well. My car was hit on the front left fender while parked. It looks like new. I am very happy with the outcome, esp. since I have only had the car for about two months. Also, Matt quoted me the best price as well. I plan to go back in a few months to get a quote on a few other things. Thanks Matt!! and Thanks Baltimore Collision Center
First Class Service Matt at Baltimore Collision Center was extremely helpful in assessing the damage to my car. He was very honest and upfront when preparing the quote. best service ever These guys are great. Unbeatable service - took me a year to get my truck back for final touches, but they treated me like I hadn't left. Extremely friendly and helpful Baltimore Collision Center was a really nice surprise--these guys are really helpful and friendly and professional. They understand that customer loyalty goes both ways--they give great service so that you will be loyal to them, but then they also do what they can to be loyal to you. Terrible service I took my car here because it is one of the collision shops that works with my insurance company - what a MISTAKE! I was told the car would be ready in five days, which was what my insurance company estimated it would take. Ten days later, they still have my car and I have not received a single phone call updating me on the progress!
