Caliber Collision did a great job repairing the dent on my car. It looks really good. All the people I dealt with at Caliber were professional, knowledgeable, and cordial.
I just got a tech that was not very experienced. It was not a good experience for me at this location. Several things have been wrong. I had to return several times for issues with the work that was done. Several things were missed as well. I know the tech kept saying he was still learning but several things were unacceptable. I won't go into more detail on here, but I had to switch locations due to so much stress of the back & forth.
Had them tow our 2024 Chevrolet Malibu to assess and fix damages through our auto insurance and they really did a great job with communicating and keeping us informed on the whole process and time frame of when the job would be completed and being good detailed oriented on list of damages and cost that insurance was paying for
