DO NOT GO HERE, THIS PLACE IS A JOKE. The one in Denver might be worth it, but this Silverthorne location is ridiculous. They've had my car for going on 6 weeks and it still is not repaired! All they do is provide excuses and missed calls. Trying to get a solid answer from these guys is impossible. Transfer my car from shop to shop, with each shop putting on the part wrong and making the process 2x longer. If I could go lower I would. Lady at front desk friendly while everyone else is standing around unwilling to help. I was there twice in 2 days same story. No wonder all the reviews say how slow they are we finally decided to take our vehicle elsewhere after being told it would be fixed in two days they weren't even going to look at it for at least a week
First of all, I would like to say that I am a very understanding person. I work in customer service and realize we are all human and make mistakes... That being said: I brought my car in for two repairs - One on each side. The repair took 5 days longer than they originally said, and when I went to pick my car up, not only did they completely forget to fix one side, my hood had scratches all over it and my front seats had wax and filth all over them.
