Amazing experience, courteous staff and great work.
I had an accident in a brand new vehicle with less than 1000 miles on it. We chose Caliber for our repairs and we could not have made a better decision. Karen at the front desk was very lovely to work with and was in a good mood every time we spoke with her. Chris, our service technician, kept us well informed throughout the entire month that our vehicle was in the shop. He provided updates 2 to 3 times a week.
