Update: I did receive contact from the owner after part one of my review. I was contacted by an employee from the Corinth location and she hasn't gotten back to me after several emails and text messages. So, I am going to continue to pay out of pocket for repairs that were paid for by insurance. Very disappointed in the quality of work as well as the disrespectful treatment.

No stars I had the absolute worst experience at caliber. I had extensive suspension damage to my charger. Upon receiving my vehicle back, they failed to tighten my control arms. Went back was fixed. A few weeks later there was another issue, took it back for steering shift noise, was told it was the fire protection material undercarriage. Paint and body work was trash.
