Loved working with Brian at Caliber! So communicative, helpful, and did a great job getting the car back to 100%
What an excellent experience this afternoon! I had some damage to a door on my vehicle and Brian took care of it toot sweet, same day, with recommendations for another issue and had me out the door in less than a half hour. Although I hope that collision/accident work is not needed for me in the future, if it is, I will be back in a heartbeat and will recommend this location to anyone who asks.
I recently took my 4Runner to Caliber Collision in Van Nuys and had a really solid experience overall. From the moment I dropped the car off, Brian, the service advisor, was the one helping me out and he made everything feel way more manageable.
