This place is great!!! Second time we’ve used them. Friendly, helpful, and do a great job on the repairs. Very happy with them. AND they are very reasonable.
Robert H was my service advisor, amazing team member and extremely helpful. He communicated to me on the progress of my vehicle on nearly a daily basis. Definitely consider Caliber Collision on Walnut for any body repairs that you might need.
Did ok on the repair. I know it says to remove all personal belongings but I had a work knife in my car that I put in the middle console under cleaning rags and when I picked up my car someone had stolen it. There was no need to go through my car or in my console when the work needed to be done on the outside of my car. Dishonest workers will not be returning to this place. I fell like I was violated. Did they go through my glovebox as well and write down all my information, I don't know.
