I recently took my car to Caliber Collision after getting rear ended and the service I received from Joseph Ly was exceptional! Joe made the entire process seamless and stress-free. They handled my insurance claim directly, which was a huge relief. And Joe also kept me informed with frequent updates, so I never had to wonder about the status of my repair.
I went in for an estimate on a minor fix. I was helped within 5 minutes by Michael, the Estimator. He was not able to give me an estimate, due to the repair being so minor. He went ahead and had one of the repair technicians fix the issue on the spot within 5 minutes. Such an honest and helpful experience at Caliber Collision. Stop by folks if you need work done, it will be worth it.
I had two of my vehicles repaired, and they did an excellent job returning them to their original beauty.
