I recently took my son's car to Caliber Collision for repairs after someone collided with it while it was parked. Accidents happen! The customer service was exceptional; they kept me informed about every repair that was performed on the car, and the process was quick. I don't remember the name of the representative who handled the initial paperwork, but he was knowledgeable, respectful, and attentive. I highly recommend this location.
I had a great experience. From start to finish the communication was great. I was kept informed of what my car had to get done. David and GM- Juan Morales, were amazing. They also detailed my car.
Made an appointment days in advance, took off work to drop off my car, they never opened. No answering the phone, nothing. Do not waste your time.
