Great experience getting my vehicle repaired here. The process was smooth and efficient. They kept me updated throughout the repair and my vehicle was even ready earlier than expected. I would definitely recommend this shop to anyone looking to get their vehicle repaired.
*Zero stars. I've always taken my vehicles to Caliber Collision facilities and never really had a problem, but not the most recent visit to the Mtn View location on Old Middlefield. First, when my vehicle was determined a total loss and not repairable I called to let them know that I would come retrieve my belongings. At that time the customer service agent informed me that all of my belongings had been removed from the vehicle "for me", although I was not informed beforehand, let alone gave permission to enter every interio... read more
