Excellent shop. Great immediate diagnostics. Excellent customer service - friendly, efficient, considerate, kind. Keeps you very well informed on the status of repairs. You literally can’t get any better than that.
It has been 4 weeks since I picked our car from this location and I have to reduce the review to 1 star, as Avoid this location. Ad performing the oil change I found they had damaged the engine cover lower panel. See attached picture. Given the new fasteners used and the pronounced tear in this pannel, there are no doubt it was damaged by this guys during the repair.... I had an accident with my car and I used my GPS to find a repair shop, and the one it sent me to, 2029 Old Middlefield Way, Mountain View, CA 94043, was the best place I could have possibly gone to. They treated me with kindness and respect. I even remember the name of the young man who helped me; it was David.
