Geico put my car to fix at this bodyshop as I was tailgated by another car. The service guy said if i'd like to change the bumper, i need to wait a few months. So they could only repaint the bumper for me. The bumper was not aligned well with the car body after their fix. They said my car is not a BMW or Benz, so my car cannot be fixed. I was pretty angry with them. I am not blind or idiot. How could you treat me like that?
Awesome customer service and repair work. Would recommend them anytime. Ricardo and Shine took great care of me and my car and worked with the other party’s insurance smoothly. Thank you really very much! UPDATE: One year after the repair, the signal light / indicator (which is installed behind the bumper that had been repaired) became tilted backward. They repaired it without further questions. Great customer service! Thank you really very much!
